I am an integrative medical provider working in women’s specialty care in Portland, Oregon. My goal has always been to practice holistically: to pull from the considerable strengths of naturopathic medicine, pharmacology, and conventional medicine to forge a new kind of patient-centered, co-creative experience. I believe in an approach to women’s health that is tailored to each patient’s individual needs. As a doctor, I see my role as both a facilitator and advocate. It is my job to listen to each patient’s story, to understand their unique needs, and develop a course of treatment that feels natural to them.
While I enjoy working with women at all stages of life, I am particularly interested in treating complex conditions related to endocrinology. I regularly see polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis or chronic pelvic pain, premature ovarian insufficiency, Hashimoto’s disease, Irregular or absent menstrual cycles, and general hormone related complaints. I have spent years deliberately training in both conventional and alternative medicine to provide the best possible care for each patient. I am as well-versed in navigating the world of pharmaceuticals, labs, and imaging as I am passionate about addressing the very foundations of health – nutrition, sleep, movement, lifestyle, and community. I have received numerous specialized trainings from the Institute of Functional Medicine, The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, the Institute of Women’s Integrative Health, and The Endocrinology Association of Naturopathic Physicians.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy exploring my home of Portland, Oregon on bike or foot, cooking delicious food, and spending time with friends and family over coffee, fitness classes, or mountain views.
